Leadership & coaching

New managers figure it out alone

Give every manager access to coaching practice for difficult conversations, feedback, and delegation, not just the few who get an executive coach.

The moments

Three worth rehearsing

I hit every number this quarter. Why is this even a conversation?

Theo plays your strongest performer

Say the hard half out loud, before it's real.

Same feedback, two openings. Which one gets heard?

Gita checks your thinking

The first sentence decides the rest of them.

Split the project the way you planned. See who stops volunteering.

Farid runs it live

Watch the team you'd have made.

How Creatium helps

Make coaching part of how everyone leads

Design coaching programs and roleplays around your own leadership model (difficult conversations, feedback, delegation) and roll them out to every manager, not just the top of the org chart.

What it looks like

From dreaded conversation to rehearsed one

  1. 01

    Pick the conversations that matter

Start with the moments managers dread: giving hard feedback, handling conflict, delegating, letting someone go. The judgment calls that don’t come with a script.

  2. 02

    Set up the personas

Build roleplay personas that respond like the people your managers actually lead: the defensive report, the skeptical peer, the star who’s checked out.

  3. 03

    Managers practice safely

Each manager rehearses the conversation privately with Coach, as many times as they need, before they ever have it for real, with no audience and no record of the fumbles.

  4. 04

    Roll it out through mentorship

Pair the practice with your leadership team, so coaching becomes how the whole org develops managers, not a perk reserved for the few at the top.

Leaders are already practicing

New Jersey education leaders now practice the hard conversations of leadership with Creatium roleplays: a safe place to rehearse what they’ve never been trained to do.

“Creatium gives leaders a safe place to practice conversations they’ve never been trained to have.”

Questions

Frequently asked

Is practicing a hard conversation with an AI roleplay actually safe?

That’s the point of it. A manager can rehearse a layoff, a performance conversation, or a conflict as many times as they need, privately, with no colleague watching and no record of the awkward first attempts. They work out the rough edges in practice instead of on a real person.

Can we build roleplay personas around our own leadership situations?

Yes. You set up personas and scenarios that match the people and moments your managers actually face (your leadership model, your real conversations), not a generic template. The closer the practice is to the real thing, the more it transfers.

How do teams roll this out across a whole leadership team?

Most start with a mentorship model: the leadership team practices together, sets a shared standard for how conversations should go, and brings the rest of their managers along. MUJC did exactly this: over 100 New Jersey education leaders now practice hard conversations with Creatium roleplays.
